Because of complexity and expense related to insurance reimbursement, we do not  participate with any insurance companies. We are happy to provide a letter of medical necessity, when appropriate, to assist your efforts to get reimbursement by your insurance company. 

Please note that many of our patients do use their Flex Spending Accounts (FSA) debit cards to pay for medical services related to Obesity.

Weight Loss Consultation with our clinicians will be at higher rates.
